We listened to the aspirations of a violinmaker who set his leg on fire with a varnish experiment and we developed a finish that gives instruments the soothing voice of Bel Canto. We listened to the ideas of a designer who assembled a forklift from individual parts without instructions and we invented an accessory that turns a musician's difficult task into an easy process.

 K.C. Strings Music Camp 2008 - K.C. Strings Bass Camp 2008

Click for Camp Application Join us for an exciting week of music making at the 2nd annual K.C. Strings Summer Music Camp! This is a camp for student violinists, violists and cellists to come together and share their love of music with one another while growing as musicians. The camp will be taught by four of the best musicians in Kansas City: Julianne Boren, cello - Robert Hagenbuch, Jr., violin, viola, music theory and composition - Natasha Kwapich, violin, viola and cello Naomi Miller, violin and viola The camp will hold three, 5 day sessions, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily: Beginner Session July 7-11 Intermediate Session July 14-18 Advanced Session July 28-August 1 The daily events include small group lessons, music theory, music history/music potpourri, and large ensemble. Each session's fees will be $200, and students receive a camp t-shirt, and group & individual photos. The sessions conclude with a Friday concert.
